Refund policy

In accordance with current Spanish legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any justification.
At Rittmo, we are committed to making this process clear and straightforward.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To do so, they must expressly notify us using the contact details indicated in section 10 of this policy.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and free from damage or improper handling.
The original packaging, labels, accessories, and documentation must be preserved.
The product must be free from unacceptable odors (food, tobacco, perfume, etc.).
The product must be shipped in conditions that ensure adequate protection during transport.
Only one return or exchange request per delivered product is permitted. Additional returns or exchanges for the same product will not be accepted.
For this reason, customers are advised to carefully check that the received product matches the order before submitting further requests.
3. Returns & Exchanges Procedure – Mainland Spain
Rittmo will manage the return or exchange with its courier in accordance with the costs indicated in section 4.
However, customers may choose to arrange the return shipment themselves, provided they inform us before the return is processed.
In such cases, Rittmo assumes no responsibility for return shipments arranged directly by the customer.
4. Return Costs – Mainland Spain
Exchanges
The customer bears the operational costs of returning the product (reverse logistics). Rittmo covers the operational cost of the new shipment once per order. For any subsequent exchanges within the same order, the customer bears all operational costs, including return and reshipment.
Returns
The customer bears the operational costs of returning the product (reverse logistics).
Return Label Surcharge
In all cases where Rittmo manages the return (returns or exchanges), issuing the return label incurs a fixed surcharge of €3 per item, payable by the customer.
By completing the purchase, the customer expressly accepts this surcharge.
5. Returns & Exchanges Procedure – Outside Mainland Spain
Rittmo will manage the return or exchange with its courier in accordance with the costs indicated in section 6.
Customers may also choose to arrange the return shipment themselves, provided they notify us before the process begins.
In such cases, Rittmo assumes no responsibility for return shipments arranged directly by the customer.

7. Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt and verification of the returned product.
Rittmo reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return has been provided.
8. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Law (LGDCU), returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Products made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
9. Exclusions for Promotions or Collaborations
Orders placed under special offers, promotions, discounts, or collaborations are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.
Only size or product exchanges may be requested, subject to prior agreement with the Rittmo team and compliance with the return conditions outlined in section 2.
In these cases, all shipping-related operational costs (return and reshipment) shall be borne by the customer or collaborator.

11. Shipping & Delivery Procedure
Orders are shipped within the timeframes indicated on the Website.
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will contact the customer by phone or email and attempt delivery again.
If delivery is still unsuccessful, the package will be deposited at a nearby courier location, and the customer will receive an email indicating a maximum collection period of 10 days.
If the order is not collected within this period, it will be returned to Rittmo. In such cases, Rittmo reserves the right to:
- Refund the amount paid, deducting the return shipping cost, or
- Reship the order upon the customer’s express request, with the new shipping cost borne by the customer.
