At Rittmo, we are committed to managing shipments with the utmost care, offering different delivery options to meet our customers’ needs.

Pre-Order Shipments

Orders placed under the pre-order modality do not guarantee a specific delivery date, as product availability and production schedules may be subject to change.
However, we make every effort to keep customers informed about the status of their order and to ship it as soon as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

The delivery times indicated for standard shipping (2–5 business days) and express shipping (1–4 business days) are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched and confirmed.

These timeframes may be affected by circumstances beyond Rittmo’s control, such as carrier delays or customs procedures.

Shipping Costs & Areas

The shipping prices displayed apply to mainland Spain (Iberian Peninsula).

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla may incur additional costs due to extra transport and handling charges. These costs will be clearly reflected at checkout before completing the purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to monitor the status and location of your shipment throughout the delivery process.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with applicable regulations, customers have a minimum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any justification.

Pre-Order Terms

Pre-order products have estimated delivery timeframes, which may vary due to circumstances beyond Rittmo’s control (manufacturing, transport, logistics, etc.).
An exact delivery date is not guaranteed.

We commit to informing customers of any significant changes to the estimated delivery times.

Non-Delivery

In the event that Rittmo is unable to fulfill the delivery of a product for justified reasons, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
